It is very important that the circumference is drawn at the outset of the Set-up.

This will provide a reference that is invaluable as the frame is constructed and the shape is obtained. Also leave a marker at the centre point to refer the hub and its location to. This process can be done very simply with a peg, string forming the radius and a marker of some kind.
